Free Shipping is available if minimum order amount is met.

At South Neck Outerwear, we work hard to get your gear out the door fast. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Any orders placed Friday through Monday (the weekend) will most likely ship late in the day on Tuesday. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey!

Standard shipping generally takes 3–7 business days depending on your location, and expedited options are available at checkout if you’d like your order sooner.

Please note that South Neck Outerwear is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related disruptions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or does not show up, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll help make it right.
