Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase from South Neck. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your item.
Please note: we do not offer free returns — customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
To be eligible, items must be:
- In the same condition you received them — unworn, unused, and unwashed
- With tags attached and in the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached. If you received the wrong size or would like to exchange for a different size or color, we’re happy to process the exchange free of charge in store. (exchange for large sizes may have incur an increased dollar amount)
Please contact our customer service team to start your online exchange and receive instructions for returning your item. You will be responsible for shipping you items back to us and you will be charged shipping cost for us to ship back to you.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 5 days to report and carrier damages.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., dog treats, food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care products (e.g., soap, beauty or hygiene items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at sales@southneck.com
